How to Use:

Roll out the paste on a non-stick surface or using cornflour/ icing sugar for dusting.

Assemble the garrett frill with the chosen size of centre and cut out the shape.

Using a bulbulous cone tool, placed onto the edge the paste,roll the modeling tool backward and forwards to create a frilled effect.

Cut the frill to the length required and attach to the side of a cake using a little water.
